Baby Shower candies

Today was a test day with the white chocolate. One of my friends is having a baby shower and she asked me to make come chocolate for the shower. These are just a few test ones that I did, for the shower. they will be blue. I displayed them on a piece of scrapbook paper!

Duck Tape Roses

So this is how it started.... my son seen this on the duck tape site and wanted to make a rose. So we got the duck tape and he tried to make one today. He put a few of the petals on the rose and said here mom you finish it. Like I did not see that one coming. For my first ones they did not turn out half bad!

This was my first attempt of making the candy kisses roses. The tag is made from my Cricut using the postage stamp which is on the Base Camp cartridge and the Love is from the Home Accents. I cut out an extra heart and added glotter to it to make it shine some. The Ribbon, wrapping paper came from the dollar store.

I just love that place!

Dinner Plans Chipboard 2010

Here is my idea for planning dinners.

I made this organizer to add your coupons, meal plans and also a shopping list. I laminated the shopping lists so that a dry eraser can be used. I also punched holes in the days of the week so that if you wanted to refill the book it can be done!

PSA Petey

PSA Petey is the mascot for Prostate Cancer!

My husband got some walnuts to share with the men that this is a normal sze of the prostate.  But me and my creative mind had to go one step further!! 

I used a walnut (my son cracked them open), took a white pipe cleaner and used them for the arms.  I got out my Cricut Expression, My Community and Base Camp cartridge.  The feet are one and a half inches, hands are one inch, the stop sign is an inch and a half, and the letters are a half inch.

Cupcakes

I made these little cupcake birthday decorations.  I used the Celebrations cartridge.  I added some glitter flowers as sprinkles on the icing.  To make them stand up I used Hersey treasures.  After the party the guests took them home!

Save The Date Wedding Announcement

A nice little Save The Date announcement for an upcoming wedding.  It can be displayed on bulliten board in the office or just about any other place.   

I used the colors of the wedding.  The rings that I used are from Dollar Tree in their wedding things that they carried last year.

Gift card tin

We got these gift card tins last year after Christmas at Michaels.  They were reduced down to .30 each so we bought a bunch.  This year for a Christmas party gift exchange we gave a gift card and I did not want to have just a plain  gift tin.  Got out my Cricut and the Winter Woodland cartridge and dress up the tin.  The snow on the bottom under the snowman and on the snowflakes is dico glitter
