On June 19, 2009 we found out that my husband had prostate cancer. We were both devastated! A few months ago we found out that the prostate is the size of a walnut. So we got some walnuts to get men and their families more aware of a normal size prostate. 
But as you can see from my blog my mind goes into creative overdrive. And that is how Petey the Prostate Crusader was born! I started a Facebook page for the Crusaders for the families who get a Petey to share their stories with others. We need to make others aware that Prostate Cancer affects 1 in 6 men!
